I've included shipping into every batch, and you may notice (especially if you're international) That "The Rival" gives you free shipping entirely. This first batch of Heads (50 copies) is testing a new style of selling for me - one where the only way to get past how ridiculous $15 shipping for a $20 book - is to eat the cost. Buy the book and pay for shipping.

Heads will be available as a “pre-order” from NOW until DECEMBER 1st. On December 2nd (or sooner if I sell out of the 50 copies) I will send them out and you’ll all receive an email knowing it's on the way.

Doing the order in one big wave like this just helps me keep things as cheap and simple as possible, and pass those savings on to you.
